Riding a trailboard, like participating in all snow sports on or off resort terrain, contains inherent risks including, but not limited to the risk of personal injury, including catastrophic injury, or death, or property damage, which may be caused by variations in terrain or weather conditions; or, surface or subsurface snow, ice, bare spots or areas of thin cover, moguls, ruts, bumps, or other persons; or rocks, forest growth, debris, branches, trees, roots, stumps; or other natural objects. The leash is designed to keep the board within reach of the rider. However, depending on conditions and circumstances, it is possible that the rider could become tangled in the cord, struck by the board, or that the board not be stopped before striking the rider, another person, or an object. It is your duty as the rider to become apprised of and understand the risks inherent in the sport of trailboarding/snowboarding, which are set forth above, so that you can make an informed decision of whether to participate notwithstanding the risks. If you are not willing to assume all of these risks, including the risk of falling, scratching, gouging, or breaking the board, and abide by these duties, you must not participate in trailboarding/snowboarding and should not ride a Mundo Trailboard. Helmets and safety apparel are recommended for all riders. Mundo Trailboard is not responsible for any injuries related to using the product.
This is not a complete list. SAFETY is YOUR responsibility.
